In his latest and only book The Field Game Field Guide, Wallace guides through how the lessons we learn (or ought to learn) while playing Freeze Tag at recess are equally applicable to acing a job interview or talking to that pretty lady at the gym.

When he’s not writing or reminiscing about recess, Wallace can be found observing the games people play in everyday life—whether in boardrooms, coffee shops, or on dating apps. He believes that if we all took the rules of kickball a little more seriously, the world might just be a nicer place.
